Compliance
Terms of business
These terms govern the relationship between Global Dynamic Corps and any person or entity that submits an application through this website. They are supplemented by the credit agreement issued with a formal offer.
Last reviewed · January 2026
Scope of service
Global Dynamic Corps, a subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., arranges and administers personal, business, mortgage, student and refinancing facilities for clients across five continents. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, tax or legal advice.
Application and offer
Submitting an application does not create a credit agreement. An application becomes binding only when a written offer is issued by our underwriting desk and accepted by the applicant in writing.
- Underwriting decisions are communicated within 24 to 48 hours of a complete submission
- We may request further documentation before a decision is issued
- We reserve the right to decline any application without stating a reason
Rates and fees
Published annual percentage rates are indicative and are confirmed in the offer. There are no arrangement, brokerage or early-settlement fees. Third-party costs such as valuation or notarial charges, where applicable, are disclosed before acceptance.
Disbursement
Approved facilities are disbursed in your local currency through our corresponding financial institutions, normally within two business days of a signed agreement and completed verification.
Repayment and early settlement
Repayments follow the schedule attached to the credit agreement. Facilities may be settled early in whole or in part at any time, with interest charged only to the settlement date.
Default
Missed payments may result in additional interest, reporting to credit reference agencies and recovery action. We will always attempt to agree a revised arrangement before enforcement.
Applicant obligations
Applicants confirm that information supplied is accurate and complete, and undertake to notify us promptly of material changes to income, employment or contact details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, with local mandatory consumer protections continuing to apply to borrowers in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR and South Africa.
